Here, cattle and goats roam freely across vast grasslands, enjoying over 2,000 hours of annual sunshine and feeding on natural pastures. This grass-fed approach produces milk that is naturally richer in nutrients and flavour.
From farm to factory, the journey takes less than 2 hours through our dedicated freshness corridor. Using globally-leading wet-mix spray drying technology, the raw milk is processed at low-to-medium temperatures, preserving the natural bioactive nutrients that make Australian dairy so special. Unlike dry-mix processes used by many competitors, our wet-mix approach ensures every scoop of powder maintains uniform nutritional content and superior solubility.
